Welcome

Esteem Teens
offers youth an opportunity to work with a caring mentor to improve their ability to develop a positive attitude towards their future. It also offers a forum for which the youth are adequately prepared for adulthood through a rites-of-passage program.  The long-term goal of Esteem Teens is to empower the young person to take control of their future while establishing self-love.

Vision

To see a world of adults who have been deliberately prepared to become what they have been called to be and to make positive contributions to their family and community through conscientious and dedicated service.

Mission

To purposefully prepare our adolescent males and females for adulthood in a way that immerses them through holistic life skills development so that we can celebrate their confirmation as adults who will make mature choices.
